Madeline Todd is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology with a presence in both our Prosper and Plano offices. She provides compassionate care for a wide range of skin conditions, including skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and rashes. In addition to medical dermatology, she is trained in both cosmetic and surgical procedures, including skin cancer excisions.

A native of Flower Mound, Madeline earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Oklahoma. She went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. Her broad clinical training during PA school—spanning dermatology, plastic surgery, family medicine, and internal medicine—has shaped her comprehensive and patient-centered approach to care.

Madeline is deeply committed to lifelong learning and staying current with the latest advancements in dermatology. She is experienced in using advanced therapies such as isotretinoin and biologics and is up to date on emerging treatments for conditions such as eczema. Her dedication to excellence is further demonstrated by her completion of the prestigious Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) Diplomate Fellowship Program.

Passionate about giving back to the community where she was raised and mentored, Madeline brings warmth and familiarity to every patient interaction.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing tennis, practicing yoga, reading, and cheering on her alma mater, the Oklahoma Sooners.
