The Hydrafacial is a multi-step facial treatment that uses patented technology to promote a smooth, bright complexion. Sometimes called “hydradermabrasion,” it combines microdermabrasion-like exfoliation with hydrating serums for total skin rejuvenation.

During treatment, your aesthetician or dermatologist will use the Hydrafacial device to cleanse your face, exfoliate away dead skin cells and extract blockages from your pores. They’ll finish by applying one of the potent serums created by leading skin care brands specifically for use with the Hydrafacial, which contain beneficial ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, peptides and antioxidants.

The Hydrafacial treatment can be customized with many different add-ons:

Recovery & aftercare

Hydrafacials require minimal recovery time compared to some other dermatology treatments. For best results, wait at least 6 hours to wash your face after treatment to allow the serums to soak in fully. We also recommend avoiding exercise, saunas and swimming that might cause you to sweat or wash away the serums.

Hold off on exfoliating treatments, prescription skincare and other strong topical products for 1–3 days after the treatment, depending on how sensitive your skin is. Instead, use gentle moisturizers and soothing serums to nourish your skin. You should also postpone waxing, laser treatments and other potentially irritating treatments for 4–7 days.
